Al Jouf Agricultural Development - Saudi joint stock company - in 03/12/1988 , has been recorded under Commercial Registration No. 34004730 -Skaka city Al-Jouf, with a capital of  200 million SR distributed at 20 million shares and nominal value of 10 SR per share.

The Main activity of the company in the production of agricultural products, vegetable and animal, manufacturing and marketing of agricultural products and livestock.

Site Information

Project is located in Al-Jouf region Busitaa in the northern part of Saudi Arabia is the region of the best parts of the Kingdom in terms of underground water storage, soil fertility and favorable climate, the project covers an area of approximately 60,000 hectares.

Main Products

Potato

The company is planting large areas of Potato varieties (table and processing) have distinguished the company's production quality and demand in the markets - The Potato cooking - and by factories that meet the specifications required for these plants the company has been able to produce special items, In addition, the company produces seed Potatoes which is characterized by quality and suitability of the farming conditions in Saudi Arabia, Al Jouf and features the possibility of production and marketing of Potatoes throughout the year and the potential and expertise, and is characterized Potato Hollow Frying high proportion of the solid material and this gives it a solid and cohesive strength "as well as it reduces the absorption of oil during frying; gives the best flavor. The low percentage of sugar in the stomach for fried potatoes gives a yellow color to the desired Potato without brown patches phenomenon.

Onion

The company has achieved great successes in the cultivation of Onions, which enabled the expansion of this important crop plant varieties suited to the desires of the consumer, In addition, the company produces the seeds of onions, with high rates of germination and marketed to farmers in all regions of the Kingdom in the appropriate containers.

 Olive (organic)

Al Jouf has nearly 600,000 Olive trees of different varieties of Olive,  the quality of our products earned consumers which in turn increased the demand Olive oil , This made the company to take the decision to expand the cultivation of Olive trees, which are expected to number up to about one million trees in the near future.

Feed

The company is planting large areas of alfalfa and Sudan grass and the ever popular by owners of projects to produce livestock and dairy producers due to its Feed products of high quality and international standards.

Wheat

The company is planting the Wheat crop, which supplied the company have silos to provide the market needs of Wheat flour and also owns an integrated plant (filtration and treatment of wheat seeds) meet the needs of farmers of Wheat seeds production and markets in all parts of Saudi Arabia after their provision of seeds treatment, our company has been selected within a very limited exclusively entrusted with the task of producing and marketing of Wheat seeds.

Corn

Al Jouf planting corn, Corn is a high nutritional value and enter in many food industries and our company cover the needs of customers from Corn, Our company planted more than 1000 Hectares of Corn for the season of 2009.

 Olive oil

The company has manufacturing Olive oil according to modern techniques and produces organic Olive oil (100%) natural without any additives and is working to increase production to meet growing demand from customers for the high quality of the product.

Fruits

Because of the availability conditions in al-Jouf, the company has been able to produce many varieties of fruit (peach, plum, nectarines, apricots, pears, grapes ........ etc.) are available - in the seasons of production - in all markets of the Kingdom and in demand significant because it comes directly from the field to the market (from Al-Jouf to Al-Jouf) fresh without storage, which gave them a special taste and distinct from the imported fruit.
